Terms of participation

All prices are subject to VAT, even for companies and persons from abroad and EU countries (§3a, UstG.). The deadlines for payment given in the invoice must be observed. Full payment must be received prior to attending the conference. Cancellation is possible until April 24, 2008. The cancellation fee is € 150 + VAT. After that date, cancellation is not possible and full fees will have to be paid. The conference programme may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In such an event, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Of course, the registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks.
